Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and lead generation
- Present product solutions to prospective clients via virtual/in-person demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns in San Antonio region
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress using CRM software (training provided)
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with mentorship from senior reps
- Participate in ongoing product training and sales methodology workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
