What You Will Do:
As a Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, representing our clients to new and existing customers. You will work closely with our management team to drive revenue and expand our market presence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in daily training sessions and workshops to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Track sales metrics and provide weekly reports to management regarding performance and progress.
- Assist in organizing and hosting community outreach events to increase brand awareness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work full-time, Monday through Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Passion for sales and a desire to learn and grow within a corporate structure.
