Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and industry trends.
- Initiate and follow up on outbound sales calls and emails to potential clients.
- Present product demonstrations and solutions to meet customer needs and exceed targets.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and manage customer relationships through CRM software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Attend daily sales meetings and training sessions to refine skills and share best practices.
- Track sales metrics and provide weekly reports on performance and activity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- No prior sales experience required—we provide full training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
