- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our innovative products and services to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention.
- Identify and assess the specific needs of clients to recommend tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and optimize sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Document all customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
