Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to identify their needs and close deals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign results and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Track sales metrics and report progress on weekly basis to the sales manager.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to become a subject matter expert.
- Participate in daily sales meetings and training sessions to refine skills and stay motivated.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong desire to learn and a competitive drive to succeed in a sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
