Responsibilities
- Engage with Prospects: Initiate and manage contact with potential clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Present Solutions: Clearly explain our products and services to customers, addressing their needs and answering questions effectively.
- Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Meet Targets: Consistently work towards daily and weekly sales goals set by the management team.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to refine sales strategies and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We are looking for raw talent and a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
- Reliability: Must have access to a stable internet connection and a computer/laptop.
- Attitude: Highly self-motivated, coachable, and willing to learn new skills quickly.
