Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products to existing clients.
Qualifications
