Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and community outreach.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Track customer interactions and sales data accurately in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we train our own!
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Attitude: Highly motivated self-starter with a hunger for success.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (40 hours/week).
