Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and conduct cold outreach to potential clients in the Oakland area.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Participate in daily training sessions to improve product knowledge and closing techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required for our entry-level positions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
