Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential clients within the Northern California region.
- Execute cold-calling campaigns and engage prospects via email and social media platforms.
- Present and demonstrate our core products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Track daily sales activities and update CRM systems accurately.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Attend weekly training seminars to refine sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
