Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude to ensure a positive experience.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of our products and services to effectively meet customer needs.
- Process sales transactions and payments accurately using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and courteously.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Identify upselling opportunities to increase the average order value.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
