Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities and introduce our products/services to potential clients.
- Participate in daily training sessions to master sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high retention and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by management to drive company revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- No prior sales experience is required. We are looking for attitude and aptitude, not just history.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection are essential for remote training and daily operations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Self-motivation and a drive to succeed in a commission-based earning structure.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday through Friday) with a positive, professional attitude.
