Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to new and existing customers in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately update CRM systems with client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
