Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients with confidence and clarity.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies to exceed monthly sales targets.
- Attend daily sales meetings and training sessions to refine closing techniques.
- Manage your own pipeline and ensure accurate data entry into our CRM system.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
- A self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
