Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and existing accounts.
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-playing exercises to sharpen sales techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage a pipeline of leads using CRM software (Salesforce or HubSpot).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a competitive sales environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
- Must be available for full-time, on-site training and work hours.
- Resilience and a positive attitude toward rejection and feedback.
