Responsibilities
- Master company products/services through immersive training programs
- Build and maintain client relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Track customer interactions and sales data using Salesforce CRM
- Identify upselling opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with marketing team on client retention initiatives
- Participate in weekly performance coaching sessions
