Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through cold calling and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to explain value propositions effectively.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas and targets set by management.
- Track sales activities and manage customer data within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
