Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Present product demonstrations and sales pitches to prospective clients in person or via phone.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies and campaign materials.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions to sharpen skills and stay updated on industry trends.
- Track sales performance metrics and report progress to management regularly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude toward training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from our Baltimore office.
