Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, digital outreach, and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective sales strategies
- Track sales activities using CRM software (Salesforce training provided)
- Participate in weekly team training and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of sales/customer service experience (new grads welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented with a competitive mindset
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license (for client visits)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Residency in El Paso metro area required
