Responsibilities
- Prospect & Engage: Conduct outbound cold calls and email campaigns to identify and qualify potential leads in the El Paso area.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and attend face-to-face and virtual meetings with prospective clients to present our products and services.
- Close Deals: Demonstrate the ability to overcome objections and close sales agreements in a professional manner.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Research local market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and management teams to align on campaign goals and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior sales experience required; we value attitude and aptitude over history.
