Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to identify needs and present solutions that drive sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Manage the sales pipeline and accurately update customer information in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries with professionalism.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
