Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and in-person to identify sales opportunities and market needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Learn and utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage leads accurately.
- Assist in organizing and participating in local community outreach events to build brand awareness.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to clients, addressing any concerns or questions professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
