Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience and build brand loyalty.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions about features and pricing, and making informed purchase decisions.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle various payment methods efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets and store goals.
- Learn and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and inventory management.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (candidates currently pursuing a degree are encouraged to apply).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory calculations.
