Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in locating products, answering questions, and providing product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale, including handling cash and digital payments.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly sales targets and goals.
- Restock merchandise and maintain inventory levels on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts.
