Responsibilities
- Participate in our structured, paid training curriculum to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Build and maintain a professional network of prospective clients in the Denver metro area.
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate qualified leads.
- Present company solutions to new clients, identifying their needs and offering tailored services.
- Collaborate with senior team members to refine sales strategies and improve closing rates.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No prior sales experience required—we provide the training.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal formats.
