Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone and email to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads within our CRM system.
- Present product demonstrations and value propositions to new prospects to drive sales.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Develop a deep understanding of our software solutions to answer client queries effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- High level of self-motivation and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
