Responsibilities
- Complete 4-week paid sales certification program
- Build and maintain client relationships through outbound calls and digital outreach
- Present product solutions to business clients in assigned territories
- Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
- Utilize Salesforce CRM for lead tracking and reporting
- Collaborate with team members on cross-selling opportunities
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and coaching sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 0-2 years of experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems)
