Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Present product demonstrations and service offerings to prospective clients.
- Accurately record customer information and sales data into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to improve product knowledge and closing skills.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- No prior sales experience necessary; full training provided.
- Must be highly motivated, self-starting, and results-oriented.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
- Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
