Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Sales Support: Learn to identify customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements.
- Training & Development: Complete our structured onboarding program to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Operations: Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Feedback Collection: Actively listen to customer feedback and communicate insights to management to improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: No prior sales or professional experience is necessary. We are looking for raw talent and a willingness to learn.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and self-motivated attitude with a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy is a plus, but not mandatory.
