Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash, credit, and digital payments efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to maintain high visual standards.
- Process customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Answer phone inquiries and provide general information about store services and hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (shifts may be 4-8 hours).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
