Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Assist customers via phone and email with product information and account troubleshooting during peak night hours.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity is preserved.
- System Monitoring: Proactively monitor system alerts and perform routine checks to ensure operational continuity.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose basic technical issues and provide clear, concise solutions to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to hand over critical information and ensure seamless service transitions.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
