- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations in electronic health records
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, mobility, and meal preparation
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient rooms and treatment areas
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery
- Respond promptly to patient call bells and emergency situations
- Stock and organize medical supplies in designated storage areas
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for medical documentation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during night shifts
- Strong communication skills and empathy for patient needs
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
- Valid CPR certification (will be provided if not currently held)
