Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer support tickets via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Resolve routine technical inquiries and account issues with patience and professionalism.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless communication and issue handovers.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) and adherence to company protocols.
- Stay updated on product knowledge through ongoing training modules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be available to work a consistent night shift schedule (9:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with navigating web browsers and software applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting to the office.
