Your Role as a Management Trainee
In this entry-level role, you will learn the ins and outs of sales and client relationship management. You will work closely with senior mentors to develop strategies for market penetration and customer retention.
Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients to expand our market presence in the Atlanta area.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver professional product presentations and sales pitches to prospective customers.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams to achieve collective monthly and quarterly targets.
- Customer Retention: Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and repeat business.

Qualifications
