Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues using industry-standard tools
- Document all IT incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow ticketing system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system deployments
- Execute cybersecurity protocols including vulnerability scanning and patch management
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment lifecycle documentation
- Mentor junior trainees during rotational shadowing assignments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certifications preferred
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA Security+ within first 6 months
- Valid Washington State driver's license for occasional site visits
