Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote access for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and network equipment
- Document all support tickets using ITSM software (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Assist with user account management, security protocols, and system updates
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical escalations
- Conduct regular system maintenance and performance optimization
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals
- Customer service orientation with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
