Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and mobile devices.

- Collaborate with senior IT staff to document technical procedures and improve service delivery.

Qualifications
