Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new workstations and devices.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement system improvements.
Qualifications
