Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (switches, routers, firewalls)
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
- Assist with cybersecurity protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (willing to train)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS and networking concepts
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Nebraska driver's license (for client site visits)
- Quick learner with passion for emerging technologies
