Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote assistance
- Deploy and configure Windows/macOS systems following company protocols
- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network infrastructure projects
- Participate in rotational shadowing sessions across IT departments
- Complete certification training modules (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
- Support digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients
Qualifications
