Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone and remote access
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic troubleshooting
- Document all technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Participate in rotational training modules covering security protocols and cloud services
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex system deployments
- Complete vendor certification exams during training period
- Support client onboarding and equipment lifecycle management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn complex systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Valid driver's license (for occasional client site visits)
- Pass background check and pre-employment assessment
- Must demonstrate commitment to completing 12-week training program
