- Data Collection & Processing: Gather and organize raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Analysis Support: Assist senior analysts in interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Reporting: Prepare clear and concise weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders using visualization tools.
- Database Management: Maintain and update our internal databases, ensuring data integrity and security standards are met.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas where data workflows can be optimized for better efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Information Technology is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Sheets.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and ensure high-quality output in data entry and analysis.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Knowledge: Familiarity with data visualization tools (like Tableau or PowerBI) is a bonus but not required.
