Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for 500+ employees via ticketing system and chat
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations and peripheral devices
- Assist with network troubleshooting using Cisco Meraki tools
- Document procedures in company knowledge base
- Participate in after-hours rotation (1 week per month)
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team on endpoint protection
- Train end-users on new software implementations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy (Windows OS, Microsoft Office)
- Customer service experience (retail/helpdesk a plus)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs for hardware deployments
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment transport
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain CompTIA A+ within 6 months
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
