As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, ensuring they have the technical support they need to stay productive. You will work closely with senior engineers to resolve issues, maintain our IT infrastructure, and improve user experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical support via phone and email to internal staff.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment and setup of new hardware and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and report anomalies to senior IT staff.
Qualifications
