Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive IT training curriculum covering hardware, software, and network troubleshooting
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal and external clients via phone, email, and chat
- Document technical issues and resolutions in company ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex escalations
- Assist with hardware/software installations, maintenance, and upgrades
- Participate in continuous learning through weekly skill development sessions
- Adhere to cybersecurity best practices and company protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
