Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, chat, and email
- Diagnose hardware/software issues using remote tools
- Document tickets in IT service management systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex escalations
- Execute system maintenance and updates
- Train end-users on new technologies
- Adhere to ITIL best practices
Qualifications
