Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Participate in cloud platform administration (AWS/Azure basics)
- Assist with system upgrades and patch management
Qualifications
