Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems and peripherals
- Document all ticket resolutions in our CRM system with detailed notes
- Collaborate with senior technicians to escalate complex issues
- Conduct system diagnostics and preventative maintenance tasks
- Train end-users on basic software operations and security protocols
- Monitor network performance and report potential vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and networking concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems logically and methodically
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (10 AM - 6 PM)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and diagnostic tools
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional on-site visits
