Responsibilities
- Complete structured IT training modules covering networking, security, and cloud fundamentals
- Provide tier-1 technical support for remote employees via ticketing systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation post-training
- Maintain compliance with IT security policies and best practices
Qualifications
