Responsibilities
- Participate in 8-week paid technical training program covering networking, security, and cloud fundamentals
- Provide Tier 1 support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Document tickets and resolutions in IT service management systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex troubleshooting
- Install/configure workstations and peripheral devices
- Conduct routine system maintenance and updates
- Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
